چکیده

This article addresses sampled-data control of 2-D Kuramoto–Sivashinsky equation over a rectangular domain $\Omega$ . We suggest to divide the into notation="LaTeX">$N$ subdomains, where sensors provide spatially averaged or point state measurements be transmitted through communication network controller. Note that, differently from heat equation, here, we manage with under measurements. design regionally stabilizing controller applied distributed in space characteristic functions. Sufficient conditions ensuring regional stability closed-loop system are established terms linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). By solving these LMIs, find an estimate on set initial starting which trajectories exponentially converging zero. A numerical example demonstrates efficiency results.

Sampled-data control of semilinear 1-d heat equations ?

A semilinear one-dimensional convection-diffusion equation with distributed control, coupled to the Dirichlet or to the mixed boundary conditions, is considered. A sampled-data controller design is developed, where the sampled-data (in time) measurements of the state are taken in a finite number of fixed sampling points in the spatial domain. Sufficient conditions for the exponential convergenc...

Sampled-Data Boundary Feedback Control of 1-D Parabolic PDEs

The paper provides results for the application of boundary feedback control with Zero-Order-Hold (ZOH) to 1-D linear parabolic systems on bounded domains. It is shown that the continuous-time boundary feedback applied in a sample-and-hold fashion guarantees closed-loop exponential stability, provided that the sampling period is sufficiently small. Two different continuous-time feedback designs ...

Sampled-data supervisory control

This paper focuses on issues related to implementing timed discrete-event systems (TDES) supervisors, and the concurrency and timing delay issues involved. In particular, we examine issues related to implementing TDES as sampled-data (SD) controllers. An SD controller is driven by a periodic clock and sees the system as a series of inputs and outputs. On each clock edge (tick event), it samples...

Mixed H 2 =h 1 Control of Sampled-data Systems

A worst-case mixed H 2 =H 1-optimal control problem is formulated and solved for sampled-data systems. The solution is obtained in terms of a set of synthesis equations, which correspond to similar synthesis equations for the continuous and discrete mixed H 2 =H 1 problems. The mixed H 2 =H 1 problem can be applied to the design of controllers which achieve robust H 2 performance for uncertain ...
